PB Materials is an innovative and growing company. It was formed on October 2, 2013 when the WL Ross Company, LLC acquired three very successful family owned businesses in the Permian Basin. The formation of PB Materials created a vertically integrated company with significant aggregate reserves and a complementary ready-mix concrete footprint covering a significant area across West Texas and Southeast New Mexico.
