Summary: The Regional Director is a key position to provide management, supervision, training and staffing within each rehabilitation department of each assigned facility. We are searching for dynamic leaders to assist with the short and long term goals and objectives of our long-term Partner nursing home facilities. This position must provide superior communication skills, customer satisfaction and follow required guidelines while maintaining nursing home and Century Rehab's stellar reputation. Position will also achieve financial objectives through strong leadership and effective staff management. Responsibilities: Awareness and response to various environments and daily tasks.Comprehension of verbal, non-verbal, and written language methods.Problem solving, orientation, memory, attention, planning, and organization.Works closely with Area Managers, Regional Directors, VP's and COO to ensure management, operations and training in facilities.Continued enforcement of corporate processes and procedures throughout region.Consistent recruitment efforts on a daily basis throughout region; work closely with Corporate Recruiting Team.Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) standards.Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.Enhances practice reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
