Job Description A large, locally-owned, home furnishing and decor company is looking for its next person to join its team as a RETAIL WAREHOUSE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. SCHEDULE: M-SUN. (2 DAYS OFF) 9am - 6pm Ideal applicant must be clean cut, customer service driven, willing to take and follow directions, hard-working and dependable. Hours are typically Monday - Friday 9 - 6 and lesser hours Saturday and Sunday. Weekends are required and occasional overtime may be requested. Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and complaints Provide information about the products and services Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Ensure proper product pricing and placement Arrange products on floor to be visually appealing to customers ​ Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields Ability to build rapport with clients Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Be physically able to lift, move and arrange large furniture and household items Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time Must be willing and able to keep all areas of the establishment, neat, clean and organized Company Description Exceptional service to both clients and employees is our purpose.
