Information Technology Team Purpose Statement Bring value by serving our customers, providing technology to help them become more efficient and improve their quality of life (IT Service Values). Essential Job Functions Serve as a collaborative product owner with the internal customer to shape and deliver compelling products that excite and inspire Ensure internal customers are informed, engaged, and comfortable at all points throughout the engagement lifecycle Gather requirements through interaction with internal customers and translate those into use cases and acceptance tests that can be used to measure success Act as translator and connector between business needs and technical capabilities Continually seek out and recommend new systems and technologies which better align with our business processes Mitigate integration issues between new technology and existing systems to ensure customer has a seamless experience Build project plans and lead the creation of product requirements documents Expect the best from your project teams and third party vendors, and hold them accountable for delivering as promised Responsible for training and developing customer guides Provide technical support and guidance to internal customers Qualifications 3+ years of experience in project management related to a technical field General technical expertise (ie you're your extended family's IT support) Excellent customer service skills Exceptional organization and communication skills Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in enterprise IT environment Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals Works under general supervision. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is required Primary office in Lubbock, but travel is required to other branches and to national training events Work Environment and Physical Requirements Works in temperature controlled environment Vision for near, mid-range, far and accommodation. Hearing for low, medium, and high pitch. Effective communication skills when dealing with co-workers, trade partners, and home owners Requires physical ability for standing, sitting, crouching, kneeling, frequent walking, reaching above head and below waist. Must be able to perform all job expectations safely with or without reasonable accommodations.
