The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support, is essential in this position. Administrative Assistant responsibilities Perform specific tasks assigned by brokerage officers Prepare correspondence, documents, and reports Establish appointments with clients Make copies of important documents Promptly respond to client's questions and concerns Systematically store and maintain client data and files Properly prepare files for processing Daily illustration of excellent customer service skills with high-profile clients to ensure retention Efficiently perform a variety of research duties in support of the overall operation Stay acquainted with brokerage officers daily schedules Administrative Assistant skills Associates degree at minimum, Bachelor degree is preferred 5+ years in an administrative support role Desire to earn Series 6, 7, and 63 license to take on more responsibility over time Excellent written and verbal communication skills Great with numbers Strong proofreading and editing skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and capability to utilize office equipment Proficient organization skills; ability to prioritize Aptitude to work in a fast-paced, high energy environment This selected candidate will enjoy a very competitive salary and an opportunity to grow as a professional.
