Superior Inspection Services is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant/Operations Support to join our team. General Purpose of the Job: Compiles, distributes, and maintains on the server completed inspection job files and invoices to Operations Manager, Accounting Manager, and Workstrings operations. Verify and sign for deliveries, manage uniform charges/returns. Obtain purchase orders upon request from inspectors. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: + Compile, check and distribute in-house inspection reports and invoices + Request & monitor purchase order requests, and pass to accounting department with completed delivery and field tickets + Record, check & monitor, and invoice all field inspection jobs and reports + Notify Accounting Manager and HR Accountant of uniform charges/returns + Mail all delivery/shipping tickets, gas receipts, credit card receipts etc on a weekly basis to Broussard + Various reports as requested by Operations Manager and Accounting Manager Technicial Skills: + Accounts payable, Accounts Receivable and Purchase Order experience + Computer and communications skills + Excel spreadsheet experience.
