Essential Job FunctionsA' | Oversee the processing of Invoices, checks, and electronic fund purchase orders daily for paymentA' | Oversee monthly credit card statement reconciliations as part of processing accounts payable.A' | Assist with annual processes such as the financial audit, federal and state tax returns, and property tax processing as requiredA' | Assist with special projects in different capacities within the team as well as the overall companyA' | Oversee the processing of home closings and deposits dailyA' | Produce accurate financial reports to assist all departmentsA' | Perform internal audits of accounts to ensure accurate accounting practicesA' | Perform procedural audits to ensure proper procedure practices Minimum QualificationsA' | Be open and prepared to grow professionally within the team as well as the overall companyA' | Need to be orderly, systematic, and able to handle multiple priorities and deadlinesA' | Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power PointA' | Knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts ReceivableA' | Knowledge of Financial ReportsA' | Knowledge of GAAP Accounting StandardsA' | Strong Communication skills, both electronic and verbalA' | Be detail and task orientedA' | 2-4 yearsA cents € (TM) ExperienceA' | Accounting Degree Preferred QualificationsA' | Experience with Great Plains DynamicsA' | Experience with Project AccountingA' | Experience with Fixed AssetsA' | 5-10 yearsA cents € (TM) ExperienceA' | Master Degree Work Environment and Physical RequirementsA' | Work in temperature controlled environmentA' | Vision for near, mid-range, far and accommodation.
